I suppose we've seen quite a lot in our three years travelling.
We started out in Asia and Australia, and spent a year eating pad thai, driving around the Northern Territories and becoming obsessed with Japan.
Year two was a summer in Europe, a month in Cuba and then 6 months in Mexico (I'm still dreaming of the guacamole).
Now we're in our third year on the road – crazy! – and we're back in Europe until the end of 2016.
